Shipping policy

Shipping rates (online orders only)

• Orders under $300: $50
• Orders $300 – $700: $100
• Orders $700 – $2,000: $190
• Orders $2,000 – $4,000: $320
• Orders over $4,000: $550

These rates apply to online orders only. Please contact us directly for shipping rates on small parcels.

Delivery

• All orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). It is the buyer's responsibility to make adequate arrangements to take delivery of goods.
• Please provide your email address so we can send tracking details.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
• Orders are typically received within 3-5 business days from dispatch. Add 1–3 business days for regional and remote areas, and longer for large orders.
• All deliveries are made Monday – Friday.
• Large orders may be sent via road freight, palletised, and may require a forklift on site to unload.
• Customers in remote locations that do not ordinarily receive parcel deliveries to the door may need to collect from the nearest courier depot.
