Return and refund policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on standard products returned in resalable condition.

• Returns must be received at our factory unused and undamaged within 60 days of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Special or custom products cannot be returned.
• Clearance items are sold as seconds and are excluded from the money-back guarantee.
• Gift cards are not refundable.
• Items purchased under a promotional offer are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds; if a promotional item is returned for another reason, the value of the discount will not be refunded.
• Any claims regarding items on an invoice must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
